Microsoft Outlook Integration
The RingCentral Office integrates with Microsoft Outlook. This email service from Microsoft is commonly used by all offices, making it ideal for almost all businesses. Outlook contacts are automatically imported to your RingCentral Office contacts list. You can also make calls directly from Microsoft Outlook, and use to send and receive faxes.
You can also send and receive faxes through any Microsoft Office application. By installing the RingCentral fax software, you can just click on the RingCentral Fax icon on the Microsoft toolbar to fax out whatever document is open. Faxes are sent as PDF documents.
I have been using Microsoft Outlook for my emails. Since RingCentral Office integrates with Microsoft Outlook, I was easily able to import my email contacts to my RingCentral Call Controller. Now, I can view a contact’s details such as email addresses and phone numbers. More importantly, I can send and receive faxes through Microsoft Outlook. The faxes I send contain my RingCentral number. In the same way, I receive faxes through my RingCentral number, and they are all stored in my Outlook inbox as well as my RingCentral Office online account. Aside from Outlook, RingCentral Office also works with other Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Through this, I can instantly send out important documents to any of my teams.
Make it yours! Catering services
A lot of information is exchanged between a catering service and a client. Guest lists, schedules, menus for approval, changes in the menus and other specifications are only some of the documents that need to be sent and received between a client and a catering service. Through the RingCentral Office, fast and efficient exchange of information can be facilitated. Changes in the menu or the number of guests can easily be made and sent instantly through the RingCentral Internet fax. By simply clicking on the RingCentral Fax icon on the Microsoft toolbar, any document made in Word, Excel or PowerPoint can be sent out.
